Stamping Services
MTD has long been recognized as a global innovator to design, build, and run high speed precision stampings.
Dies are tested in Bruderer or Minister high-speed presses in our 20,000 square ft. pressroom. Press bed sizes range from 23” to 57”, tonnage from 15 to 90 and speeds from single stroke to 1200 spm. During the test period any engineering corrections are addressed and tooling prints updated. Customers often request that dies be tested at full production speeds to produce several million parts.
